Who are the Olympics PR winners?

Paris 2024 has just wrapped. Our Account Manager, Jamila Dixon, has been thinking about what our dream partnerships would be for some of the most viral Olympians of this year:

🥇 Henrik Christiansen - Norway 🇳🇴
Having seen him all over social media with his unofficial teammate, the Olympic village chocolate muffin (which now has its own social media account), you could be forgiven for wondering what Henrik Christiansen does for a living. However, the self-proclaimed Olympic village muffin connoisseur is a talented swimmer and would be a great partner for a partnership with Budgy Smuggler, for a limited-edition muffin print range!

🥇 Ilona Maher - USA 🇺🇸
An absolute champion on the rugby pitch, the Rugby 7’s star has won the hearts of social media with her endearing ‘Olympic villa of Love’ content and signature red lip. If she were our client, we’d be creating a limited-edition red range partnership with M.A.C with proceeds supporting women in sport, because why shouldn’t that red lip be flying up the field?

🥇 Stephen Nedoroscik – USA 🇺🇸
Sitting on the sidelines for hours solving a Rubik’s cube whilst your teammates compete doesn’t sound like the makings of an Olympics hero. But once pommel horse specialist, Nedoroscik, took off his thick-framed glasses and got onto the apparatus – pulling off a medal- worthy routine – his status as the ‘Clark Kent of the Olympics’ was cemented. As the new face of Specsavers, not only could he model a new range of glasses, but contact lenses could prove essential for his future Olympic endeavours.

🥇 Raygun AKA Rachael Gunn – Australia 🇦🇺
No Olympics roundup would be complete without arguably the most famous Australian export since Kylie. Breakdancing was introduced to the Games for the first time and with it, the world was introduced to Australian Raygun – the Bgirl alter ego of a breaking Professor – and her unconventional (yet heroic and iconic!) moves. A partnership with Nike Dance would champion those who “break" convention and set the world alight.
