Objective: Reinforce market leader status and authority.

At a time when the market was being saturated by copy-cat coffee machines, to launch Creatista, Nespresso needed to exert its coffee expertise and credentials.

Insight:Stylistic curation for ‘the Gram’ was reaching new heights, with the resulting imagery particularly resonating with our target demographic and in turn inspiring purchasing decisions.

Stirring emotion:

Enable consumers to unleash their creativity in a playful fashion.

Solution:

Curated a pop-up Creatista Studio, a bespoke space where consumers could channel their inner barista and develop their own Latte Art designs, simultaneously allowing us to showcase the machine’s unique milk heating technology and superiority.
