Sanpellegrino refreshes Wilderness Festival 2016.

Wilderness is a four-day festival of live music, wild swimming, spectacles, banqueting experiences and late night jollification, set in the idyllic Cotswolds, 40 miles from Oxford.

Excitingly, we were involved in this year’s festivities, with our client Sanpellegrino Fruit Beverages – the most refreshing, citrusy fruit drinks around. Our activation celebrated southern Italy’s creativity, passion and sense of soul with our ‘Piazzetta Di Sanpellegrino’ cocktail bar. Our bar channeled the rustic feel of Tuscany, complete with a large swing where guests could ‘hang with their friends’, colourful deck chairs (the perfect spot to watch Sunday’s cricket match) and vibrant orange and lemon trees – creating an authentic Italian garden.

Our professional mixologists served four delicious fruity cocktails with orange, lemon and blood orange flavours, along with the full range of the Sanpellegrino Fruit cans (some of which you won’t often find in England). Alongside this, we had our daily ‘Aperitivo Hour’ (16:30 – 17:30), where we served complimentary platters of melt-in-your-mouth Italian cured meats and cheeses.

In addition to our cocktail bar, S.Pellegrino Sparkling Water and Acqua Panna still was served at the 300-person banquets, hosted by some of Britain’s top chefs including Raymond Blanc and Skye Gyngell. Our media attendees Mike Gibson from Foodism and blogger Niamh Shields of Eat Like A Girl were brilliant company throughout the festival!

What a success it was! Fantastic food, delicious cocktails, wonderful weather, eclectic entertainment and of course, unparalleled water. We look forward to seeing you next year, Wilderness.
